Kitchen and bathroom tile countertops, kitchen and bathroom porcelain sinks.The Limited Warranty does not apply to customer neglect of the following:
- There is a 24-hour cure time in which there should be neither water contact nor basic contact during the curing process. Note: although the refinished surface can be put back in use for normal bathtub usage, the surface will actually require up to 90 days to completely cure. Should the curing time not be honored, warranty will be voided.
- DO NOT use any abrasive cleaners, bleaches or abrasive scrubbing pads on or near the newly refinished surface.
- DO NOT drop sharp or heavy objects on the finish, which may cause it to chip. Contact one of our professional refinishers immediately for repairs if this should occur. Failure to contact your refinisher in a timely manner can result in further damage and will void the warranty. Damage that results from knife marks, burns, or damage resulting from sharp objects or scratches will not be covered under warranty.
- DO NOT use any bathmats with suction cups. These mats produce a reaction with the new surface when subjected to hot water which can cause damage. Your refinisher carries a line of bathmats that are guaranteed, ask your professional refinisher for details.
- Faucets must be properly maintained by the owner and user to ensure that the finish is protected. Leaky faucets will erode the new finish causing it to crack and wear out permanently, and voiding the guarantee.
- Destruction of the finish may occur through the use of improper use of acid bearing compounds, such as drain openers or tile grout cleaners. All chemicals must be kept away from the finish. These chemicals include, but are not limited to perfumes, cosmetics, and hair dyes which may stain or mar the finish. The use of these chemicals onto the finish will void the warranty.
- If there is any damages resulting from improper use of your fixture that is recommended by the Original manufacturer, damages will not be covered under warranty, thus voiding the guarantee.
- Any resulting cracks caused to the refinished surface as a result of substructure movement, is not covered under warranty.
